This class will blend the strength building power of hill climbs with the punch of high-intensity intervals. We’ll alternate between steep ascents to challenge your endurance and strength, then shift gears into fast-paced cadences and sprints to push your speed and stamina. Expect sweat, grit, and a serious endorphin rush!
